      Pros

      The company provides a strong work-from-home setup and a competitive benefits package. I also had the pleasure of working with several talented and supportive colleagues.

      Cons

      While the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) is dedicated to "customer delight," this often results in prioritizing new sales over product stability. The platform currently struggles with significant technical debt and frequent bugs. Furthermore, the Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution lacks the core functionalities expected in the industry, operating more like basic cloud storage than a specialized DAM.

      Pros

      Remote work, skilled R&D resource teams, good tech/tools provided.

      Cons

      ELT has lack of diversity (which I feel maybe affecting their strategic management approach). Their goto is almost always jump into tech bandwagons of without proper transition plan or data gathering and analysis. They don't (or not properly) use their data analytics in making strategic plans. So many tools but they are not even aware of how to maximize them (ADO, Pendo and so many other tools). Process is all over the place with no avenue to discuss process standardization, maintainability and/or process improvement. No proper succession training or poor career pathing options.
