    I worked at Aquantia full-time

    Pros

Their product involves a lot of interesting and challenging technology. All of their competitors that were start-ups have either gone out of business or been acquired.

    Cons

The company is in a niche field in an industry where companies are consolidating. There really is not much long term prospect for the company besides being acquired.

    Advice to Management

The company needs to get acquired or cash out as quickly as possible. The economics of the industry do not favor small companies.
