      True professionals, BEWARE & STAY AWAY

      Pros

      Some of the people are ok, most are incompetent but you have that at every job.

      Cons

      Chum and burn. Leadership looks at percentages, not people and are out of touch with reality and the day to day of their employees. Upper management has no idea how to progress the careers of its employees and are so focused on growing the company by acquiring new business that they completely neglect their talent. Overall a toxic environment, everyone is burnt out and most unhappy and looking elsewhere.

      It was an amazing delight to work with my former colleagues!

      Cons

      Unless you dream of writing the same press releases and blog posts every day, this isn't the place for you. Prepare for mind-numbing monotony that will leave you creatively bankrupt. No matter how good your work is, don't expect anyone to notice. You're just a cog in the content machine.

      Editor's Micromanagement Smothered My Voice, Leaving a Black Hole of Creativity

      None at all! No one deserve to be treated that way.

      Cons

      My editor's idea of "feedback" was basically rewriting my sentences word-for-word. Every comma, every adjective, had to be pre-appreoved. It sucked the creativity out of the room faster than a black hole, leaving me feeling creatively stifled and unappreciated.
