It is one of those companies where compensation is relatively modest, but the working environment is generally non-toxic. As a result, employees tend to adjust their expectations in exchange for a more peaceful and stable day-to-day experience. The main drawback is the company’s history of frequent redundancy rounds. Notably, cost-cutting measures have consistently affected roles outside of sales and lead generation, even though these functions are critical to the organisation’s long-term sustainability. This approach gives the impression that lower-level positions are sacrificed to preserve ineffective leadership at senior levels. Based on past patterns, it is reasonable to expect further redundancy rounds in the future. To make matters worse, redundancy package is a joke.
