    Pros

    - it gives you a platform full of opportunities, they are doing fantastic job.
    - Projects they are currently working on gives you an international exposure.
    - Believes in employees and prefer promote from within policy

    Cons

They are very strict in terms of hiring and attendance, but then eventually it is necessary to maintain the discipline and work life balance. As far as the hiring part is concerned they believe in hiring selective candidates with right skill set and right values.

I have been working at Arpatech full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent Projects. Excellent Opportunities for one / for all. Great International Exposure. Helpful Project Managers, Very Seasoned Head of Departments. Tremendous Learning & Growth

I joined a a couple of months ago and many told me that it was a bad move..
I want to say to all those who tried to dissuade me from joining, Thank God that I did NOT listen to any of you. I also just got my confirmation letter and that too on time.
To all those who are spreading negativity about the company, just remember you learnt almost everything from Arpatech and the fact that you can stand there speaking negatively of the company shows that you were definitely not the right fit for the company because you lack in similar values as this is one company today that is proud of its values and culture. I am proud of being an Arpatechian

    Cons

    Strict on its policies.
they have to work further on employee benefits.. (but over all i'm happy to be a part of Arpatech)

    Advice to Management

I would like to say the Human Resource Head is a thorough professional & not only I but many have a lot of respect for all that she has achieved in these few months.
I don't know Mr. Jamal Khan, but I've heard highly of him and he must be doing something right to hold the positions of one of Pakistan's Top Leading IT Companies today.
    keep up the good work.
and can we have another barbeque session, I missed the one in Jan this year.

I have been working at Arpatech full-time

    Pros

Good Environment, Good clients and Nice projects.

    Cons

1- Two months notice period required if you're leaving the company but won't accept employees who ask for 2 months to join, not even 1 month.
2- You'll see worst behavior of company in notice period of 2 months.
    3- Insult of employees.
4- Treat employees like a servants.
5- No any increments even after 2 years of service and then if they give increment it'll be very little amount.
6- No any appraisal or Bonuses.
7- Asking for Reimbursement amount is like asking kidney.
8- All new policies are against employees.
    9- Salary disbursement time issue.
10- Salary deduction on 5 minutes late because there's no any flexible time policy for coming but taking extra work from employees and late sitting is trend of company.
    11- No any job security.

    Advice to Management

Learn from other companies even from startups.

I worked at Arpatech full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Flexible timings in few departments.

    Cons

They fire employees without any notice and valid reason. Job stability becomes serious issue here. Higher management is not focused to manage this organization.

    Advice to Management

Higher management should not EVER trust in any person who is running this organization on behalf of someone. Companies cannot be properly managed remotely.

I worked at Arpatech full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good products and projects to work on, at this company

    Cons

The company feels like a military boot camp rather than a Technology Hub with fixed timings for tea and lunch.

HR and Administration play silent role in the company have no clue about the issues faced by employees. If they know, they choose to ignore them completely.

The overall work environment is extremely stressed and non-productive.

Rather than coming up with great progress, employees are stressed about who would be fired next as there are waves of 'Firing Seasons' at Arpatech where the company suddenly decides to downsize without any warning and employees are left jobless, they struggle to get their last paychecks too.

No company should have their employees work in fear. No productivity comes out of issuing warning letters or worse issuing termination letters. It will only drive people away from the company and leaves a horrible reputation for the company itself.
A company where the management is too busy trying to be the best 'Yes Man' to the man on top is a company all set for failure.

    Advice to Management

    Hope things improve here

    I worked at Arpatech part-time

    Pros

Best projects/products to work on, at this company.

    Cons

Employee's opinions are never taken into any consideration. This company is experiencing it's down fall right now.

The company feels like a military boot camp rather than a software house with fixed timings for tea and lunch.

Proper processes are lacking in the company. HR and Administration have no clue about the struggles or issues faced by employees. If they know, they choose to ignore them.
