    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    -Excellent colleagues
    -Pace is manageable
    -Junior-Mid level management is decent
    -Pay is reasonable

    Cons

-The APAC President doesn't treat employees as people
-Everything is about the bottom line
-Many legacy employees not willing to change
-Finance department is the worst in the business

    Advice to Management

Most individuals still have fond memories of working at Arrow Asia but the last few years 2007/2008 onwards has been hell ever since APAC changed their leadership. You can't blame anyone except yourselves for the unhappiness in the office. Start treating people with some respect and set clear objectives on what you are trying to achieve.
