Where to begin….Predatory company that requires you to see clients literally all day-so after the pointless morning staff meeting you will literally see back to back clients until your lunch break and then again until you are finished your work day! On average I would see approx 55 clients per week-yes, 55! If a client I was scheduled to see did not show they would literally fill the slot with anyone-regardless of the clients needs and the Clinicians expertise! It was so bad I had to go on an anti-anxiety med after only 3 weeks of working there! It’s a shame bc the Owners are doctors and the Owners Wife-actually reads all the notes at the end of the day and gives criticism on what is written and I’m sorry-but, stay within your area of expertise Ma’am! The clients were always saying “yea you won’t be here long, nobody nice ever stays” and initially I thought that was odd and sad and I would reassure them that I planned on staying around for a long time, but sadly, I, too, had to jump ship bc it was just too much! They only care about the $$ and you can see it by how often the staff changes! They are honestly the worst people with the worst company!
