      Ability to make an ok income if you can maintain a bonus check month to month Relaxed and casual environment. Very lenient and soft on the employees who they favor.

      Cons

      They take advantage of their staff and manage in a very cynical, passive aggressive manor. No room for advancement unless you are a. relative. Required to work until 8pm No team building. No regular team meetings. Low base pay. Benefits. Deception and Being mislead. High employee turnover
