    Pros

Freedom setting your own appointments. Free company leads. They paid for licensing with various different insurance companies. Good continuing education bonus.

    Cons

Commission only. Need to have a good other source of insurance if just starting out as a new agent. Training needs to be more hands on with experience agents or a need a sales team educator.

    Advice to Management

A little more hands on to brand new agents. More time spent it the field with them on appointments. If expectations are for annuities then that needs to be made clear in the beginning. Insurance agent VS. Financial Planning
