    Pros

Great promotional opportunities, free meal, work hours are good for working around a family.

    Cons

Training should be more by the book there should be a policies and procedures book showing how everything from paperwork to computer systems is done.

    Advice to Management

Atarted with the company a few months ago and the team you work with will make or break you. Thankfully management changes weeks after I started and now the wellness dept is a week run team. Training depends on the person teaching you it's more the luck of the draw on what ou learn. Most of the job is learn as you go. Starting salary for a nurse is low but I've seen so many promotions in the few months I've been here I'm hopefully on moving up. Company seems to take care of its employees also and the residents at this building are happy and cared for.

    I worked at Atria part-time

    Pros

Not a one, unless you like eating the same thing you've been throwing away all shift

    Cons

Low pay, unreasonable expectations, poor leadership, ED loves to fire people, they will use up your 90 day "probationary period" and fire you without warning, management doesn't listen or take note of your availability, you will never be paired with any other dishwasher, expect to do everything yourself and to be expected to stay past the end of your shift, constant complaining about residents from all employees, all they care about is sales

    Advice to Management

Fire all management, I've never seen such poor leadership in my life, especially at the ED position someone who's known to fire people without warning.
