Working remotely has allowed me to prioritize my health, reduce my anxiety, and have more time with my family. My life all around has been on a positive trend since joining the ALC team. Working for a place that genuinely cares about you- and hears your opinions on processes - makes such a difference.
Cons
Working remotely does take away the social aspect of working closely- but it does make you more productive!
Even if I could make more money somewhere else- I wouldn't leave ALC. It feels like family!
