Top management are very easy to work for and make everyone else want to perform their best for the company. As it is a smaller company, most employees get to wear multiple hats which will keep the day moving quite quickly. Everyone has a team attitude and really appreciate having each other's back.
Cons
The tech stack is legacy at best. There is an effort to rebuild it with the latest and greatest available, but that will take time. Many employees may not want to stick around that long. Many onshore resources are being replaced with offshore ones. Should they ever get the tech right, this is still a company in a position to grow exponentially in the marketplace.
