Pros

you have a job and a monthly salary. work is good if you are have no experience. DC area is good to stay. you are exposed to industrial standard hardware and learn about them.

Cons

cheap, greedy... it stinks., only manipulative people who never want to progress or let others progress have stuck around. all good employees have left after losing hope. sales employees are get fired easily. unrealistic goals without planning or procedure or priority. constantly changing demands. product is always a prototypee. everyone who is sane is looking for other jobs. all the good reviews written here are fake. forget bonus or raise.... this is a sweat shop.

Pros

Challenging and interesting technical work, a lot of talented engineers

Cons

This is absolutely worst company to work for. I am glad I left. Problems: 1. Bad management. You will be shocked by the management culture here. CEO is technically talented but thinks he is the god and above everything, constantly refer himself in 3rd person. Surrounded by yes man managers and no one dares to say no. Unrealistic schedule and expect you work 12 hours per day. 2. In engineer group, the employee turn over rate in 3-4 years time period is close to 100%. Everybody is burnt out and left. 3. The management likes to tell everybody: work hard, no one is irreplaceable. 4. Majority of engineers are Asian, most of them are very talented and smart. And this is the group treated worst. Go to their website, you won't even see photos of Asian faces there except CEO. 5. Put paper towels back to kitchen area, that won't cost a lot of money.

Pros

None. Run away from this company.

Cons

Terrible culture, lowest salary, the management team is manipulative. During this Covid pandemic, they do not provide any support(including masks and sanitizer) to employees. To save money, the management team stops employees from getting tested because eventually the company has to pay for the testing. They force people to come to work even when there are many people tested positive in the company. They simply don't care about you,and the CEO threats to cut employees' salaries if they don't please him. Most of the employees are from China; this company exploits these people very badly because they cannot find another job due to their poor English. High turnover rate, and many people left because they were furious about the management being manipulative and dishonest. For three years in a row, many people do not receive any pay raise or bonus. The products are so outdated(they are selling ten-to-twenty-years-old products), and they just reprint them with a difference color. Many components are slow and cheap, and software programs are impossible to use, crashing very often.
