      Profit sharing and quarterly bonuses.

      Cons

      Profit sharing and quarterly bonuses.....as these are used to buy your satisfaction and distract you from standing up for things that are in dire need of change. The company president has NO IDEA about the inner workings of the politics within teams as long as the Japanese parent company is satisfied.

      Corporate culture emphasizes the importance of family and a good home life. When problems happen at home, company rallies around the affected employee like a large family.

      Corporate culture is a bit over strict regarding "always being nice" - direct confrontation is discouraged

      Pros

      The company offers great benefits, is very fast paced, and there is never a dull moment. Lots of products to learn, but in a supportive environment.

      Cons

      The company has a peer review every six weeks that is highly subjective and is intended to create a "servant-leadership" culture. But, heaven forbid, if you are having a bad week and get knocked down on your "rating" because you may never get a raise.
