Management was lacking and concerned primarily about maintaining their own jobs. One could not count on the support of your superior. Underhanded and unprofessional behaviors became rampant. Product quality began to diminish during the effort to cut costs. Physicians were dissatisfied. People who did not accept the status quo were dismissed, often with fabricated reason for dismissal. The number of staffers went from a high of about 49 to only a skeleton crew made up mostly of VPs. Currently, the company appears to be holding its own,but funds are very limited and if the 510k doesn't come through, the company won't have a lot of options.
