-Forward thinking -Try to stay ahead when it comes to technology and processes -Lots of great lower level employees who are knowledgeable and easy to work with -You can learn a lot to further your career
Cons
-No employee loyalty -Hires from outside rather then promote from within -No work space to call your own -Dishonest management and a complete lack of trust -Majority of the problems start at the top with the owner and roll down hill -Demanding hours to make up for mistakes made at the management and sales levels -Hard work goes unappreciated -Very little done by the company to promote camaraderie If you plan on interviewing with the Aviation Department be sure to look up the department heads name so you know what you're getting in to. This is the kind of company that would follow up with a fake positive review FYI
