Pros

They'll give more than 40 hours a week load as long as there are jobs out there. They keep updated with your next assignment. The pay is not as generous but it is enough if you're single and no kids.

Cons

Sometimes paychecks were delayed. No reimbursement for CEU. No 401K. No program for career advancement and development. If there is no work assignment you have to wait.
