      Pros

      If you need a place to start and if you have an interest in the builder market. They are flexible with hours.

      Cons

      Upper management used to be a mess. Things have changed a lot though in the last year. There was a lot of issues with nepotism. Sale personnel were far over-favored in comparison to the Tech team even though the product they sold was all web based.

      All prior management was replaced in 2012 when Stan Luhr acquired the company. Today Axispointe is team focused to deliver the ultimate customer experience. Our programmers work in self regulated teams and run sprints for quick delivery every 2 weeks.
