Pros

Work can be fun sometimes.

Cons

The worst work environment and experience. EXTREMELY low pay as a sales associate, tons of work drama (people coming in crying some days), owners absolutely do not care about your well-being, and there's an Aesop in the store and we're "not allowed to talk to them". Don't let the young fun people or the designers trick you into working here. False promises in promotions.

Pros

clothing discount after two weeks

Cons

- extremely unprofessional owners that openly degrade employees and gossip about them to others - horrible pay - horrible benefits if they even remember to enroll you in them after you have done the paperwork (something that happened to a number of my coworkers) - disgusting work conditions, never cleaned, garbage piled up everywhere, no ventilation or heat - owners are deceptive, unsupportive and uninterested in treating employees with respect - women owned, but women employees treated very poorly and are paid less than male employees - unqualified people are hired for positions because they are friends of someone while qualified people are not paid sustainable wages - no holidays off except christmas day and new year's day - do not give employees time off without harassment - very abusive and unhealthy work environment

Pros

There are very few positives that came from my employment here but the lifelong friendships I made with some of my coworkers is all that really matters.

Cons

This company is run by women who all came from money and don't know how to treat people with respect. Never have I worked so hard yet to feel as if nothing was good enough. I was constantly trying to make myself, my team, my store, and the rest of the company better but was constantly ignored, belittled, and lied to. I cannot stress enough that this is the epitome of a toxic work environment and it has everything to do with the owners.
