Pros

Working on advanced wireless test equipment Flexible work hours Interesting work for .Net, embedded and DSP, and for hardware/FPGA engineers If you have vision for a solution, you will be probably free to implement it Few layers of management

Cons

The market is small and goes through cycles. Azimuth has had several rounds of layoffs over the years. Still struggling to expand into new product areas, so far without much success. Creative people are worn down from development deadlines.

Pros

Specialized, working on new, and exciting technology Great learning opportunity's if you are an engineer

Cons

Management that is totally disconnected from day to day. CEO, Sales VP who don't work but just collect a pay check. Used to be a good work environment but now becomes a bad one
