It was sometimes difficult to work within our bank partner's confines. We were constantly walking on thin ice, which made it hard to innovate quickly as startups do.
My manager was helpful and personable, the CEO was very transparent and I enjoyed my year there for the most part. The goals and tasks were very clear.
