      Pros

      There was plenty of steady work during most of my time there. They gave me some freedom to work independently and I could use my experience and the standards on the projects.

      Cons

      Very short notice when they ran out of work and started to lay-off people. Only one week of severance pay after nine years working there. Sometimes i was not given all info needed to complete task.

      Wonderful people, small family business atmosphere, friendly management.

      Cons

      Small company, lack of market research before products are launched, limited budget for professionally done marketing. Difficult to compete with the competitors with larger cash flow.
