      Pros

      The best thing about the company has to be the people. Very supportive, enthusiastic and go above and beyond to help one another. CEO is a great guy all around.

      Cons

      High customer churn. Strategy change every few months, which isn't uncommon for a start-up. Lack of processes and structures to follow. Everything is treated as highly urgent which leaves employees completely burnt out a few months in. No HR department.
