Pros
The development process is much more open to your input than in other companies I've worked with. There wasn't a single person here which I disliked, which is why I was here for 6 years. I learned a great deal, and was able to take minor development projects and turn them into new features -- flexibility I never had at large companies.
Cons
It's a small company and can't always do everything they want to.
