Pros

There are no Pros. If you need a paycheck for a few months this may be for you.

Cons

Walt Bolton and Joe Banach are two of the worst businessmen you will ever find. It is a miracle they have stayed in business this long, although they do have over 3 million dollars in debt. You know its bad when they owners are putting 50k into the company every other week to make payroll. Collections call on a daily basis and they do not pay their bills. It is a regular occurrence for vendors and subcontractors to call and ask for a payment that is 150+ days old. The VA is very well aware of there business practices and has said they will not award them any more work. They have also been cut off by their bonding company which will not allow them to bond any new work anywhere. Walt Bolton will paint you a different picture but do not believe his lies, do your own research and understand who you are dealing with. The other reviews are very true and and they do not treat people with respect.

Pros

Parking is great! There are multiple exits so you can escape from several places. The office is located directly across the street from a psychiatric office so you won't have far to walk to ask a trained professionals,"WHAT IS HIS PROBLEM???? WHAT DRUGS CAN YOU PRESCRIBE TO KEEP ME FROM JUMPING OUT A WINDOW AT THIS JOB????"

Cons

Leaving half a day early one day each week does not provide enough relief from the pure torment you sustained that week. It won't result in you forgetting that you or a coworker was likely cursed out, insulted, belittled, wrongly accused of something, caught the buck that got passed, interrupted and not allowed to defend yourself, forced to do something you felt was unethical, watched a hard working employee get fired, watched a drunk and a junky get a raise, and listen to every other employee tell you their horror stories of dealing with the owner. The majority owner is a good businessman and a smart guy, but the minority owner runs over him like a freight train. His most recent fake post praises the company's one hour lunch policy (which is completely innovative and unheard of...?), claims it's a "great learning experience" and makes silly complaints about parking so it will actually sound like an employee wrote it. No employee in the history of employment has ever used the phrase "great learning experience" to describe a job. No one at that place ever complains about parking. That issue falls about #427 on the things to complain about, right behind wall color and brand of toilet paper. Bolton's efforts to minimize the effect Glassdoor has on potential investors is almost as sad as his highwater pants and wingtip shoes.

Pros

Provides entertainment at the very least. Easy to get a promotion. Friendly coworkers. Friday half days!! Even though that's for kindergartners, it's still pretty awesome. The facilities are pretty nice, even though some offices have weird patterns, like that Chevron wall. Being able to go home at night and think "I'm glad I'm not going be here forever"

Cons

This is a never-ending revolving glass door employer. Can't even keep employees, but they keep firing them anyways. Unorganized and lack of communication between estimators and PM's Owner hires assistants to do tasks that the PM should do, just wasting money on overhead, but pinches pennies and fires people that actually help the company. Hothead owner. He's the worst boss I've ever had in terms of honesty and treating employees fair. Owner randomly shows up, yells at people then is gone for a few more days.
