You get to work with all levels of management

Beware of managers who dont give any guidance and just expect you figure out complex processes yourself No flexibility in working arrangement where you have to use a punch card system to punch in your time. Micromanaging on every level where you can't even be late due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic accidents, public transport delay

Salary is good. Friendly colleagues. Easy access with public transport. Willing invest in IT asset (still depends).
Cons
Not much transparency. Politic issue when dealing with other department. Leadership need to improve. Cultural is not open enough like follow the local culture or local working style, everything need to follow HQ.
