      Salary was delivered on time.

      => Promised 20% salary increment after probation was never given. => Poor leadership and communication from both HR and team supervisors. => Toxic work environment with dominant and disrespectful behavior from some managers. => Mental health and employee well-being are not valued. => The Brac Cloud team lead lacks basic technical knowledge and leadership skills. => Instead of supporting the team, the cloud team lead often used threats like: "I’ll send an email and you’ll lose your job. Got it?" — completely unprofessional and demotivating.
