      Pros

      You get ample opportunity for work. You can always pitch in your creative ideas and contribute. You get to work in diverse roles (if you are keen to learn) It has a startup- culture, and everybody has the liberty to do their work with their creative ideas Outstanding Networking opportunities through various events.

      Cons

      Can't survive if you are not thriving to work more. (Don't think its a con though, at least for freshers)
