      Smart group with much to improve

      Pros

      Exposure to last-minute tight deadlines. Fun 50/50 sport related culture. Very smart group of people, but...

      Cons

      Leadership is unapproachable and fail at demonstrating accountability, leaving lower-tier employees at fault, hence leading with poor management or urgency unless it falls on their timeline. Data-driven, with a lack of organization. Favoritism feeds into clique culture that can break collaborative efforts, lack of diversity, just be cautious if you aren't a manager. Noticeably gender-biased. Rich people getting richer, traditional corporate culture.

      Pros

      Growing company operated by a small amount of people so it’s easy to get a LOT of experience. The people are fun and make all of the work worth it. Again a growing company so it is easier to be more involved in decision making and growth.

      Cons

      Communication is lacking especially from some executives.
