      fun environment, a lot of earning potential for the servers and bartenders, cool history, culture is very decided by the employees. a lot of personality in this business, which can be fun.

      Cons

      difficult stakeholders, high turnover rate, little to no additional benefits, not a lot of room for career growth.

      Pros

      Pay is good, if you can put up with a boss who does very little besides flirt his younger female employees or owners who don’t care about the well being of their workers.

      Cons

      Management that is unprofessional, owners that are greedy and kiniving, a fake woke atmosphere that will leave you feeling like you got smacked in the head.
