Pros

Flexible, easy to do, people there are really nice.

Cons

Too early to begin, you don't know what time will finish, schedule changes every week.

Pros

The people in higher management will happily work with you to get you the hours that work with your schedule.

Cons

The only problem I really had were with two employees who were both supervisors... They constantly talk down to coworkers and customers of our clients, and even made fun of an old man who was struggling in a wheelchair one day. I was disgusted and after I went to help the man they were even more rude to me and they just got increasingly worse ever since. Who raised these people?? I rarely meet human beings like this and here I was working with two of them- how humiliating it was to be seen with them. One of them started harassing me throughout my entire shift on every shift... On the day he had the audacity to call me “stupid” while walking around telling store customers and my fellow coworkers I was stupid, I simply had enough. Again, who acts like this?? Especially to someone with severe PTSD? I was NOT raised to believe this kind of behavior was acceptable EVER and I honestly didn’t know what to do when I was finally confronted with it. I called upper management in tears and was told I could go home without getting in trouble for doing so… since we carpooled to work and I was stranded, my workday ended up cost ME money to get all the way home and I was never offered any reimbursement for the trouble I was put through. I was taken off the schedule for two weeks waiting for them to resolve this. While this guy got to work? Again, no reimbursement. Who needs money to survive, right? They finally called and told me I was terminated due to “A conflict of interest” That was it- and no apology from them or from him. Unbelievable. I was hurt at first, but realized I am obviously not the type they desire to represent their business and I refuse to be. It’s a shame what has happened in the work force over the years. I do not wish to be a part of a company with these ethics. EDIT: Also, this $500 “hiring bonus” they offer? It’s just a ploy to get you in the door. There is, in fact, no such bonus.
