      The team environment amongst the sales staff and installation crew.

      Cons

      Lots of driving. Self generating leads. Weak onboarding process and training, Terrible base pay “feast or famine” Favoritism to tenured reps Gimmicky sales promotions that most business owners see as a sham. Toxic work environment from senior leadership

      Good pay, fast growing company, phone job,9-5 schedule and friendly supervisors. The location is very convenient near major highways in a nice town.

      Cons

      Cold-calling business owners to set appointments via a hand held phone. Many owners not available or no time to speak. Unrealistic quota goals.
