    I worked at Beijaflore full-time

    Pros

Salary is okay, nice car, nice corporate parties in Paris with great food and lots of champagne, good office location

    Cons

Lousy management lacking strategy, very little perspectives, just like any other consultancy company in the country (being more like an agency), no straightforwardness towards the employees, misleading promises at the start of the career, etc. etc.

    Advice to Management

Be more honest with your people, treat them better and with respect. Regard them as your equals and stop thinking they are unknowing and naive.

I have been working at Beijaflore full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Real care for the person, his aspirations
    - Nice training offer
    - Focus on fit between mission and growthpath
    - Salaries in line with market
    - Quality of colleagues is high

    Cons

    - Sometimes, the BE operations are suject to the French (HQ) guidelines, that are not always culturally adapted to the local context
    - small size, so there is a market presence that could be bigger (although the customer perception is good)

    Advice to Management

Recruitment is currently only on profile, never on project. That is positive if you look at quality and the individual, but a candidate sometimes likes to have more "feeling" with the business. Interview with business management could be interesting to introduce.
