Leadership staff is always friendly and helpful. They take the time to develop each employee's skills and are very personable and make work enjoyable.
Cons
Enrollment periods can be seasonal and as such work isn't necessarily fixed and can sometimes be unpredictable. Great as a side gig or a second job but hard to depend on for a consistent income.
