Pros

Small business, easy to get to know everyone to some degree. The employee benefits are good and the company works to take care of its employees.

Cons

The company needs to become a bit better organized and operate more efficiently. Going in can be frustrating, as systems are old and people have been there a long time and may not know how the rest of the world works.

Pros

You can find some great people to work with.

Cons

Culture based on preferences and relationships, some appointed managers that don't deserve their positions, there is no system to reward your work -pointless annual review and forget about getting a bonus for your own achievements, lots of gossips and politics behind the scenes, poor communication from the management and between departments, old ways to do your work, your role responsibilities increase in time until you get overworked but you won't receive any increase in your salary for that.

Pros

some nice discounts on wine

Cons

Really disorganised. Stuck in the 1980s in terms of technology. Takes an age to get anything done. Terrible customer service levels - they often compensate customers but don't seek to prevent issues in the first place Too many directors who don't seem to bring much to the table and try to protect their own egos. Defensive culture or work rather than collaborative
