      Pros

      Great co-workers, PTO plan is decent, insurance for employee is paid in full, sometimes free lunch, you get your own office (no cubicles)

      Cons

      This place has changed a lot over the years. Like someone mentioned earlier, job is only as good as your relationship with your manager. People are getting promoted based solely on personal relationship with management. Everyone is miserable, but too afraid to say anything. No training. Unethical business practices. Employees are exploited based on lack of job opportunity in the area. Long hours and low pay. Terrible culture.

      Benefits are good. Company good with work/life balance and flexible with time off when necessary.

      Cons

      Job is only as good as your relationship with top management. Loves to ambush fire their employees. A lot of company politics.
