Pros
You have friday's off and they work around rush hour traffic.
Cons
By full time, I mean 4 days a week. They play this like a benefit that you get a 3 day weekend, but they just don't want to pay you. If you "clock in" even a few minutes late, you're docked from your pay those minutes, for no good reason. If you're dressed business professional ( which, why? no one is in the office you need to impress) but casual shoes they'll send you home even if it was because of a home emergency.

Pros
You get a 3 day weekend which is always nice. About 50% of the time, the management isn't there, so that can be relaxing. However, then they cannot answer your immediate needs.
Cons
They do not offer full time, as they are closed on fridays and you are not likely to get 40 hours a week. They do not know how to manage, or listen to complaints, and often will make up rules on the spot. In fact, there is even a poster over every desk to remind employees to never ask questions. There also seems to be some delusions of grandeur going on for the future of the company.
