As a business we try to be as transparent as possible with all employees, however similar to most businesses, management do have to make some decisions that they feel are best for the business. We are growing as a business so will take your feedback on board and continue to work on our communication. We are disappointed to hear you feel negatively towards how we innovate as we are always looking both within the business and the markets we work in to ensure we develop and deliver products that add real value. We pride ourselves on working alongside our clients that build products that solve business challenges they face and involve them in the development process. As I am sure you will know the product roadmap is quite extensive and our development team are never short of ideas which therefore means that not every idea can be turned into a product.
