      Pros

      BioDiscovery is a great company to work for. It offers flexible hours and scheduling at a family friendly company. Many locations throughout the US and internationally. Colleagues are kind, courteous and dedicated. Small company means many opportunities to present and implement your ideas. Company is upwardly mobile in an expanding market and has a lot of growth potential.

      Cons

      Due to small company size individual tasks and responsibilities are quite varied. Requires a bit of flexibility and an open mind.

      - Great team of awesome people. Everyone is smart, hard-worker, collaborative, happy to help and dedicated to provide exceptional support to the users of the software. Very international team. Friendly small company atmosphere. - Flat hierarchy - your ideas get heard, you get a chance to implement them and work on projects that you are interested in. - Very exciting field to be working in. Company is constantly innovating, releasing new features and products. - Flexible schedules. Focus on output rather than input.
