      Great Romanian Company, Terrible USA Management

      Pros

      Romania based technology company that has a solid software product and over 800 caring, educated and wonderful employees in Europe. The annual trips to Bucharest, Romania with the optional additional weekend in a European city while staying at the JW Marriott is a very nice perk.

      Cons

      The current USA based Management team is the worst and least caring group I have ever seen. They don't care at all about the clients or the US employees. Their only concern is which bar they can expense the next worthless meeting at.

      Pros

      Reputed employer and a good brand in Romania.

      Cons

      This is applicable to the US employees only: 1. The company is headquartered in Eastern Europe where all decisions get made. All the US executives have left the company after a couple of years. Don't fall for the trap that this will change. 2. it is a family owned business and run by a bunch of best friends that have no real experience in the enterprise software 3. they only trust Romanians.

      Pros

      CEO and owner is nice. Majority of the BD folks from Bucharest are nice.

      Cons

      Micromanagement in the US. Hired new management who does not know how to sell and focus the market. Manager had run in with Sales, Marketing, and SE. He thinks he owns the company. Bad management style and very micro. Manager has very little experience selling software.
