The recruiter was pleasant, but the communication between recruiting and HR was disorganized; there was a discrepancy in the compensation discussed that was never properly addressed. When raised, the HR representative’s demeanor shifted noticeably. Overall the process felt disorganized and the culture came across as exploitative. Not surprised to see the reviews here reflect a similar experience.
