While working with the seniors I realised how good they are in doing data research, & how they ask us to develop the tech to showcase it properly on dashboard using graphs.
Cons
Missed chances of growth due to high level of competition.

The company and the team encourages new ideas, and help you realise your best version. The management is always concerned about your place in the team, and will push you to explore the simplest/Smartest way to carry out your responsibilities. As a Start Up, you get a lot of one on one time with the Executives, and the client it represents. A great place for a self starter and smart employees.
Cons
Result oriented approach. Not an ideal place for people with back office mindset.
