Pros
The team is very supportive and collaborative. And the best part is, coming to work everyday is fun. Such a blessing to work and support the nation's first African American cultural cruise experience - Festival at Sea.
Cons
Hard to work remotely due to the nature of our work. However, I do not mind coming to the office, so not too much of an issue.
