      Pros

      1-2 reliable RBT's and 1 BCBA who genuinely care about the kids

      Cons

      training is non-existant and the center is run by psychopaths who do not care about the kids. Everyone is burnt out. Parents are left confused and overwhelmed because the BCBA's do not listen to their concerns nor do they explain the rationale behind the child's 'behavior treatment'

      Pros

      They try to keep up morale with dress-up days (come to work in your PJ's or your Halloween costume) and some sweet treats.

      Cons

      They have a high attrition rate so RBT's are always coming and going and the staff that you rely on isn't stable. They don't have sufficient funding to up-keep the locations. The RBT lounge didn't have a working light in the back for over 2 months, the adult bathroom hasn't had a working soap dispenser in over a month and there are not enough walkie-talkies or computers to go around.
