They have a good reputation, great location, carry great brands, have a decent ERP system considering the size of the business. They carry a lot of stock. As a sales rep there are a lot of ways you are set up for success if you learn your product and treat the customers right. It could be awesome.
Cons
Toxic work environment, coming from the top down. Poor work/life balance and its by design. Pay structure is not as lucrative as many similar sales jobs. If you are dedicated and skilled enough to succeed here, you can make more money and be treated with more respect and compassion elsewhere.
