    Pros

Bluepoint is a rapidly growing company that offers amazing benefits and a great company culture! The employees at Bluepoint are incredible and are such a pleasure to work with! Everyone is very helpful and truly care about the success of the company and others within the organization.

    Cons

Bluepoint still seems to have a few communication silos in various departments, although they have worked on removing these, it's still a work in progress.

    Advice to Management

Keep listening to your employees and improving! This is a wonderful place to work and I appreciate the opportunities they have always proved their employees.

    Advice to Management

Come down to earth with the rest of us mortals.
