    Negative Outlook

I worked at BostonCoach full-time for less than a year

    Pros

None really just benefits but salary doesn't add up.

    Cons

Worst company to drive for they are 250 billion dollar company but treat employees like they aren't worth a dime. Long hours no tips lots of work and down time and you aren't getting paid the right amount. You are better of driving for uber or lyft with less hours and getting paid more. They don't care about you or if you need to go home just using as many drivers as they can for their own benefit. LISTEN TO THIS they are charging the clients $100-300$ per trip and the driver is only left with $10-20$ per trip. Meanwhile you need to greet clients at the airport carry their luggage and you won't get rewarded for your hardwork. Pretty much just a slave of the company with no say in anything. Don't let the cars fool you!! You are driving an expensive car and wearing a suit but not getting paid professionally.

  10. "Don't expect your raise to actually be given to you."

    2.0

    I worked at BostonCoach

    Pros

Some of the people are great

    Cons

Promotes their employees, but doesnt follow through with the raise part. Waited a year and was only given a percentage of what I was as promised, all while doing the work. Oh, and good luck finding an HR rep that knows how to do their job.
