      Pros

      A place fully overwhelmed by good energy (big challegenges, big heart!) and a elite nonetheless suite of products. Also, great compensation, benefits and relieves, equipments and other goodies (remote only) here for a small (well selected) amazing group of brazillian workers. It has left a huge whole of happiness on my heard (a blue one s2)

      Cons

      The company "corner-stone" team is from Argentina but the biggest operation is the Brazillian one so would be nice if the company could give/promote or just incentive (financially) studies on the spanish language.

      El trabajo es con ultimas tecnologias, se aprende mucho, los compañros y el ambiente son buenos, y los proyectos sobre ChatBots e IA son algo fuera de lo comun

      Los proyectos pueden ser un poco demandante a veces, y la falta de recursos genera presion sobre el resto del equipo

      Pros

      I work remote, in my field of expertise. I have a 1 to 1 sessions with my superior to inform status and observations. I can ask for rotation inside the company. Nice HR department for asking questions.

      Cons

      The inflation adjustments are not refined, the salary is good but difficult to increase, some workflow procedures are not quiet refined yet.
