- Great people who are doing the best they can under leadership - employee swag in lieu of bonuses. - New CEO (comes with 10% layoffs so far)

Cons

- No planning. - No cohesive efforts - No bonuses (unless you exceed ridiculous goals that the market will obviously not support such as 30% growth during a pandemic)

If you want to work for a place that under values employees where management doesn’t understand market share and forecasting, this the place for you! It has it all; inflated salaries for failing upwards, a nepotistic-geriatric board of directors and no consideration for anyone’s personal time! A true leader in innovation, this company makes the same products marketed at the same end users hoping that they will refresh their technology year after year. With rumors of insider trading, the sky is the limit here at Boxlight.

Cons

Wow, I cant even think of a single con for working here; unless you value accurate sales forecasting and constructive criticism. Even the c level executives don’t have the time or competence to run this company. It’s gross negligence from the top down.

Terrible culture.. ran by a few “Higher up” who know better than everyone else. Disagree with political views or anything else and you will be quickly unemployed
