      Pros

      Small company with great startup feel. Located at the CIC so you're always surrounded by really smart people from all over the world. Good visibility into management because of our size. The company is headquarted in Munich, so I got to travel many times. Overall I learned a lot and was pretty happy with my experience.

      Cons

      Sales and marketing were constantly at war. Product is outdated and the company is extremely slow to change. Compensation was not that competitive. Germany didn't seem to really want to listen to what was happening in the US office/market.

      Good environment Good perks in general Earnings usually higher than in comparable firms Awesome co-workers Accessible senior management Very good work-life balance

      Cons

      More focus on Germany than in other markets Does not invest in market research Moves like a ship, rather than a speed boat in terms of product development (for security reasons, as it is a security solution provider company) Does not have a clear career path
